Meet Barbara, a leader in many aspects of real estate throughout Boston's western suburbs for over 45 years.  Her expertise is unrivaled, yet what clients appreciate most is her compassionate and clever solutions that help expand their home buying, selling and building goals into so much more than they could have expected.

Raised in Newton, Massachusetts as the daughter of a master carpenter and a hard-working mother, creating homes has been a part of Barbara's life from the start.  Moving to Wayland after marrying her husband Philip began a lifelong love of the towns west of Boston.  

Her love of "The W Towns" led her to establish Waybridge Realty, which has helped scores of clients find the homes of their dreams, and just as many sell homes at far better values than they ever could have expected.  Shortly after her succesful start, Barbara took Waybridge to a new level of home creation with the founding of WDC, Inc., Waybridge Design & Construction.  The homes she built and remodeled appraise at values which continue to appreciate based on her innovative eye for design solutions and remarkable foresight into what makes a home last. 

Barbara's crowning success was having the name Waybridge honored as the name of a beautiful a cul de sac neighborhood in Wayland, Massachusetts.  Waybridge Lane stands as a remarkable testimony to the vision and insight Barbara brings to all aspects of real estate.
